Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please gather all used towels and place them in the bath tubs. Please gather all trash and place in the large bin behind the house. Please turn off all lights, TV, fans, fireplace, etc.

Please ensure all doors and windows are locked, and that the front porch lights are turned on, then you can exit via the front door and hit the lock button on the keypad after you exit.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No parties of any kind are allowed. No smoking or vaping is allowed in the house.
