There is so much to do in this area I cannot list them all. This quaint space features a cozy queen bed, perfect for a serene getaway. With amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, and AC, guests can enjoy all the comforts of home. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Detroit and our apartment has to offer.

Cool quiet area. Awesome being so close to riverfront. Everyone polite. Only qualms was I had to go to a laundromat to wash my clothes but there was one super close by walking distance. The bedframe also need to re-constructed. The middle of the frame is upside down so the long metal pieces kept falling out of frame which made the bed sink a little bit. Everything else was perfect.

Would I stay again? Yes, but I would need to lower my standards. Upon arrival the lock box was jammed and we waited for almost an hour to be able to get in. The host was in contact with us but there was nothing that could really be done. Had we not "white knuckled" it, we would have had to wait an additional hour for someone to come and help.The apartment itself was nice. The bathroom exhaust fan is filled with dirt, hand prints on the wall, the bathtub faucet is loose and the tub does not drain. The bedroom is very lit up at night but the bed is comfortable and the closet has a ton of space! I was pretty disappointed when I woke up wanting to enjoy a cup of coffee only to find the Keurig lid had mold growing on it. I was not planning on ordering or going out for coffee, but I refused to drink from a moldy Keurig. Overall it's pretty quiet at night, I brought my own fans so the footsteps above us were muffled. The location was nice and the walk on the river front was peaceful.
