Guest will be provided a personal code to self check in. I like giving guest their space but I will be available in case anything comes up. Notify host when you plan to arrive and depart.

Occupancy permitted for registered guests only. No unauthorized visitors/events/social gatherings/loitering.

Pets will be accepted on a case by case basis for responsible pet owners only and require pre- approval and a fee. Guest are required to scoop and discard poop. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated when left alone. Heavy shedders are not allowed. Also, please disclose service animals before check in.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
-Clean all dishes & appliances -Remove all opened food from refrigerator and cabinets.
-Ensure all trash/food (including from floors and surfaces) is bagged and put the bags of trash in trash dumpsters. Complete all trash collection and checkout steps
-Strip Beds. Put all dirty laundry (ie. towels, sheets) in the laundry area by the washer/dryer. Leave mattress protectors and all blankets on the beds. - Clean grill if used
