Set within a fully fenced backyard, the home offers a sense of privacy and seclusion, while still being part of a safe, shared lot. You'll have your own separate entrance via a side gate and a gently lit path that leads to the front door. While the main house may host other adult guests, your space is entirely independent.

Inside, the home is arranged to support both relaxation and daily living. The bedroom includes a queen-size bed with blackout curtains, a dedicated desk for remote work, two dressers, a bookshelf, and a full-length closet for ample storage.

The kitchenette includes a hot pad, mini fridge, coffee maker, cookware, and other essentials for preparing light meals. High-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected, and the Roku TV is loaded with popular streaming apps—just log in with your own credentials to enjoy your favorites. Heating and air conditioning ensure a comfortable stay in any season, and self check-in offers added convenience.

The surrounding neighborhood is peaceful, with quiet neighbors and minimal traffic. The spacious backyard offers a calm outdoor setting for relaxation. Guests may use the driveway, backyard, and deck, though the garage is not currently accessible. As this is a shared property, we kindly ask that you remain considerate of other adult guests staying in the main house.

Ideal for traveling nurses, military personnel, or remote workers, the home is located just 1.4 miles from Cape Fear Medical Center and is an easy drive to Fort Bragg. Kindly set the thermostat to 74°F before you head out and close/lock windows and pull down window shades.
Take out trash (Green = waste, Blue = recycling, Brown = extra) Replace indoor trash bag During week: Wed. night please put cans on street
Lock the Tiny Home by pressing the lock symbol on the bottom right of keypad and ensuring gate is fully closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quite Hours: 10pm-8am No unregistered guests without prior approval. Garage access is currently unavailable.
Laundry facilities are not available at this time. The main home is a shared space as well.

Great tiny house! Very clean & bed was sooo comfortable! Shower had lavender sleep liquid soap that smelled amazing! Ac was great & kitchen had all your needs. Very private area & host is awesome!
