With amenities like a hair dryer, AC, and heating, you'll feel right at home. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower and another hair dryer for your convenience. Plus, unwind in the living room with a cozy sofa bed. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

The State Theater and Stuttgart Central Station are both 21 km from the apartment. The nearest airport is Stuttgart Airport, 19 km from our apartment. In addition, the Mercedes-Benz factory is only 5 minutes away by car. The location of our apartment is more than convenient: just around the corner you will find many cafés, restaurants, kindergartens, schools and a supermarket within walking distance. Böblingen main station is only a 2-minute walk from our apartment.
