Enjoy this spacious and fully appointed 2-bedroom mountain suite in a serene and quiet setting with a courtyard and a mountain creek right outside your window as well as incredible close-up views of the Three Sisters and Rundle Mountain ranges.
The furniture throughout the suite is of the highest quality in both design and comfort. Both bedrooms feature queen beds with luxurious pillow-top mattresses and down duvets with high thread-count linen. A queen sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The master bedroom is connected to a spacious spa-inspired bathroom with granite counter tops, his and her sinks, a large soaker tub and a slate/glass shower. There is also a second full bathroom with a glass-walled shower.
The suite is set up with impressive amenities including flat screen televisions in the living room and master bedroom, a blu-ray player, free wi-fi and iPod docking station. The suite is kept comfortable using an environmentally friendly state-of-the-art geothermal in-floor heating and cooling system.
Stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, in the kitchen are complemented with granite counter tops to make cooking easy and enjoyable. The kitchen is fully outfitted with cookware for creating meals. The dining area features a dinner table seating six. The living room boasts an inviting rundle rock fireplace and opens up onto a deck with a large gas BBQ overlooking the courtyard.
The building itself hosts many recreational opportunities, including an excellent fitness room, a cozy lounge with a pool table, and a fabulous large outdoor Jacuzzi with a panoramic view of the mountains.
In addition, the unit provides 2 heated secure underground parking stalls for the exclusive use of our guests as well as a storage locker for skis, mountain bikes, golf clubs or any other equipment. The building is secure, requiring card key entry to provide you with a safe environment.

About Dorthe Christensen
Chris Carlson and Dorthe Christensen, residents of Canmore for the past 14 years. Chris grew up in Alberta with an RCMP officer for a dad (Canadian Police Officer) and Dorthe was born and raised in Denmark. We lived in Denmark, Banff, Vancouver and Seattle before settling in Canmore while our two daughters were still in school. We have used VRBO for our own vacation needs many times ourselves and know the concerns facing a guest when booking a place.

Why Dorthe Christensen chose Canmore
Canmore is situated just outside Banff National Park, which means it is still in the mountains, but much less busy than neighbouring Banff. The area offers amazing views, fresh air and a lovely, friendly community as well as world-class restaurants and great shopping. Still, it is only about a 45-minute drive to the city of Calgary and all it has to offer, including a great university for our daughters and a major airport for our own get-aways. We love living here and would like to share our town and area with others through our vacation rental condo.
What makes this Condo unique
We chose this condo because we knew it would be of the very highest quality; we know the builder, and bought our permanent residence from them – exceptional workmanship! We loved the location: All other vacation rental properties in Canmore are further out from downtown, whereas this is away from the busy-ness of downtown, but still within walking distance of everything. Our unit is quiet and has a great view and it has underground secure parking, with 2 parking spots. We handpicked this particular unit with all this in mind before they even started digging.... The amenities of the place are unbeatable – the billiard room, an excellent fitness room and a panoramic outdoor jacuzzi. We also really like that the building has Geothermal heating and is built with sustainability in mind. Also, the building has mix of full time residents and vacation properties – they and we value respect and quietness and we may want to live in the apartment ourselves some day.

Perfect Vacation spot!
We absolutely loved our vacation at Canmore! The view was breathtaking. The condo was super clean! We had 4 kids and everybody loved it. The owners were very communicative. They had little notes every where with instructions and details. So helpful!
Great location, beautiful unit
Everything was as shown on listing. Very nice unit with heated floors. That was the best treat I think. We had various adventures to Banff, Lake Louise, hiking, snowmobiling and dog sledding. Great home base for the Banff area. Easy drive. Unit was clean and nice furnishings. Dorothy is great to work with. Very helpful and quick to respond. She never made us feel as if we were a bother. Would love to return in the summer! Highly recommend for group of 4.
We love it
It is our 3rd visit to Rundle Cliff, and we simply love the place and it´s environment.
The quality and lay outs of the apartments, equipment, quite-ness etc. However; it seems that some guests have not understood that they shall not leave empty coffee cups or other waste in elevator, corridors or in the underground garage. And the elevator could be better cleaned from time to time...
But as said; the overall impression is very good, and we are prepared to come back any time:)!
Home away from home
We had a delightful time - with wonderfully comfortable and convenient amenities. The owner was so accommodating, flexible and helpful. The condo itself well kept and perfectly suited to our needs. Lots of great places to eat and visit - and the winter wonderland (in spite of the cold) was compelling. Highly recommend this place and hope to return again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
great spot with great views
Welcome to the quaint mountain town of Canmore, just 45 minutes from Calgary and 20 minutes from Banff. Canmore is situated in the Canadian Rockies, just outside Banff National Park, with world class skiing, hiking, mountain biking, golfing and fishing right at your doorstep. Spring Creek is Canmore's most luxurious condominium development! It’s extremely well located, only a 6-minute creek-side walk from downtown Canmore, which is home to many restaurants, pubs, shops, groceries and art galleries. It’s also a 10 minute walk from the newly opened $40 million Elevation Place, a unique gathering centre. This brand new recreation facility has a fabulous aquatic centre, which includes a public eight-lane swimming pool, a lazy river, and water slide. It also houses a library, art gallery and a fantastic climbing wall with heights from 15 to 45 feet.
