○ 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays)
○ 10 PM–8 AM (weekends)

• Penalties for violation:
○ First: Complimentary warning.

Check in requires you to watch a 4 minute video. That’s a red flag. Apt complex is bleak. Hallways smell, decor is depressing and the same is true of the Apartment. There are a dozen room deodorizes trying to mask the odor but they don’t improve things.I was traveling with my son on our way to college drop off in Indiana so we needed two beds which they said they had. One of the beds was a pullout sofa that has a mattress that is made only of springs. There is no padding at all. Unusable so my son who is 6’2 took the bed and I spent the night on a sofa which was better then the mattress but not by much. I asked for a top sheet and pillow case several times and was told they were working on it. Nothing ever arrived.There were no blinds on the large windows facing the parking garage which has flood lights that point directly into the room. Parking is in a public garage with no assigned spot and was packed. We had to park on the top floor which is outside and uncovered. Overall a very unpleasant stay.

The location was perfect for a weekend watching the Guardians. Close to the field and some of our favorite Cleveland spots. Everything was very clean. We LOVED the bed and my tall boyfriend appreciated that the furniture was full sized. We had a minor hiccup during check in (batteries dead on the door lock) but the property team was very quick to resolve the issue. I worked in hospitality for over a decade, I understand things happen but how the team assisted is what earned a 5 star rating. Overall, wonderful stay and we hope to book again in the future.
