Fun Cleveland Trip

The property was chosen due to its location close to Case Western Reserve University. Convenient to everything and very walkable. Included parking is a huge bonus! This apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Cleveland’s Little Italy. Short walk to all the great restaurants & shops. We were there to pick up our daughter from CWR University which is a 10-15’ walk to campus. Most importantly is this location offers off the street parking which is golden in this neighborhood.

Why they chose this property

You will feel at home in this neighborhood. Great neighbors, great restaurants, and it's very safe. This is an old neighborhood, filled with the energy of youth. This apartment is so close to the Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital, and Case Western Reserve University that you can literally walk there. Unbelievable Italian restaurants within blocks. 3 minute drive to Cleveland Clinic.
