Whether you’re visiting Houston for a family getaway, a girls’ weekend, or a special celebration, this home provides the space, comfort, and amenities to make your stay memorable.

🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements

All bedrooms are located upstairs and come with fresh bedding, pillows, and blankets to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

🛋️ Living Spaces

Living Room features a plush Cloud style sectional couch, accent wall, and Roku smart TV. Perfect for relaxing after a day in the city.
Dining Room includes a round dining table with seating for four, ideal for meals, work, or game nights.

🍽️ Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for all your cooking needs.
It includes a full size oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and a Keurig coffee maker with starter K-Cups.
The space is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and glassware. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, everything you need is here.

🚗 Parking and Community Access

The home is located in a gated community, offering added safety and privacy.
Entry instructions including the gate code will be sent prior to check-in.

Parking is limited to two vehicles inside the garage only.
There is no driveway or street parking allowed, so please plan accordingly and carpool if necessary.

🌿 Backyard Retreat

Step out into a small private backyard with a charming seating area for two and overhead string lights to set the mood for an evening chat or quiet coffee in the morning. Please note the backyard is an outdoor space and may naturally have some insects or dust depending on the weather and season.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Keys & Garage Remotes: Put the keys back in the lockbox and leave garage remotes on the island. Missing keys or garage remotes incur a $20 fee each.
Bedding: Strip all beds of sheets, pillowcases, and blankets, and place them on the bathroom floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
