The space is a Newly Renovated unique Brick 1100 sqft "Open floor plan" ground level Studio Apartment Suite-with Private Entry & Exit, Custom Walk-in Double Rain Shower for 2, Huge California King Bed, Flat Screen TV, Love Seat, Couch, Chair & Ottoman with a huge Walk in closet, Kitchenette(toaster oven, microwave and fridge only), Fireplace and Granite/Brick Wet bar. *Minimum of 2guest required for reservations including weekends or holidays. Our newly renovated 3 story, 6000 sqft Historic Brick Home is located in The Historic Collier Heights community, it's a quiet clean and secure place to visit and stay. A professional travelers home away from home. Safety and Compliance of House Rules and State law, ALL GUEST must provide valid unobstructed State i.d. via message thread PRIOR to receiving our address. If not acceptable, please do not book. Our Newly Renovated Historic Brick Home is Huge, over 6000 sqft of open space in Historic Collier Heights(google). The place is quiet, comfortable and secure. The Studio Suite is our HUGE PRIVATE ground floor Apartment lock-off Unit with nearly 1100 sqft of open floor plan living space. Most importantly it has it's own SEPARATE everything, including ENTRANCE/EXIT, 1 car parking, double shower, fireplace, kitchenette with fridge, toaster oven and flat grill.
