This place was great!!! We would stay here again. The apartment is well furnished with all the essentials. Easy to find parking on the street. Plenty of room for our family of six. My kids love the foosball table, which provided for easy entertainment.

Unfortunately, we had to cancel this reservation due to the guest throwing a large unauthorized party at the property, causing damage to the unit, disturbing neighbors, and refusing to vacate the premises when instructed. Multiple neighbors contacted us regarding excessive noise and music, and the situation ultimately required police involvement to have the guest removed from the property.

We stayed here based on proximity to the Mann Center for Performing Arts. It's a good spot for grabbing an Uber/Lyft to the venue. The apartment was very up to date and clean. Communication was friendly and prompt. No complaints. Appreciated the quiet hours after we returned late at night.

I love this place. There’s multiple units so you have choices. It’s a great spot. The park is there. It’s close to everything if you love Philadelphia you’ll love this spot. I’ve been here a few times and I love it and it’s just a place. I know I can go and I have to worry about the place or how clean it is or how easy it is to get it and now it’s safe secure keyless entry. It’s just a great place.
