This cozy private 4th floor space features one large comfortable bedroom, a clean, well-kept full bathroom and a walk-in closet with velvet hangers (not shown in closet photo). Guests can enjoy the convenience of heating and air conditioning, making it easy to relax no matter the season. Whether you are here for work or school, this amazing space offers a peaceful retreat, after a busy day so you can enjoy your time in Washington, DC with a courteous host.

ABOUT THE SPACE
Fully furnished private one-bedroom featuring the following:
1) A 5-level firm, queen Tempur-Pedic adjustable lift mattress with a bed frame that has two drawer storage.
2) Four cooling pillows for premium comfort
3) Dresser with lots of storage, 5-drawer chest, nightstand, a dedicated work desk w/ swivel chair
4) Hairdryer, iron, and ironing board
5) Cool red fridge, red microwave, red hot water heater and a red paper towel holder (includes starter paper towel - guest will have to buy their own beyond initial)
6) Grocery storage
7) Full-size private bathroom w/starter Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel, Hand Soap, Cottonballs, and Q-Tips (guest will have to buy their own beyond initial)
8) Walk-in closet
9) Guests have access to linens (towels, wash cloths, bedding and comforter with a weekly or bi-weekly turnover, if needed. There will always be starter linens if guests choose to bring their own.)

This space is designed for privacy; however, kitchen privileges on the 2nd floor are also included in fees (stove, dedicated utensils, dinnerware, drinkware, and rose-gold cookware), along with shared access to a washer & dryer on the third floor (shared with host and one additional guest).

ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED. This space is almost a steal! Everything is included in price.

NOTES FROM A TRANSPARENT HOST: Guests have to climb two stairwells to get to the 4th floor from the 2nd floor exit. The home has a shared back entrance with the host only. The first-floor guest has a separate private entrance, not accessible to 4th floor patrons, supporting a quiet, low-traffic environment ideal for traveling professionals or mid-term stays. ADDITIONALLY, since the bed is a lift bed, it is placed high off the floor and includes a step stool for shorter guests.
