Lugar incrível

A casa é exatamente como descrito e possui todos essenciais. Rafael ainda adiciona um plus nos detalhes que fazem os hóspedes se sentirem em casa. Condomínio com segurança todas as casas com fundos ao magnífico gramado que é o caminho da praia. A propriedade é a última do lote o que da exclusividade e privacidade. Tudo perfeito ficamos 1 semana. Obrigado Rafael! Voltaremos em breve

Guecá é sempre uma ótima escolha - se hospedando no imóvel do Raphael torna a experiência ainda mais fantástica. Imóvel ideal para viagem em grupos de casal, todos os quartos são suites e bem equipados com camas confortáveis e AC. Espaço comum amplo, com churrasqueira e piscina em ótimas condições. Localização próxima das quadras de tênis para aqueles que gostam. Atendimento e comunicação com proprietário muito fácil e ágil. Retornaria e indico.

Ótima casa

Correu tudo muito bem na casa. As fotos revelam com muita honestidade o que a casa oferece. O proprietário foi muito atencioso e solícito a todo tempo. Chamou atenção o cuidado, a limpeza e a qualidade da roupa de cama... Tudo ótimo e pretendemos retornar assim que for possível.

Vom Vermieter angelogen

Das Haus war sehr schön. Kurzfristig mussten wir nach der Hälfte der Zeit das Haus wegen angeblicher dringender Reparaturarbeiten verlassen. Der angebotene Ersatz war indiskutabel. Mittags sind bereits neue Gäste in das erste Haus eingezogen; Handwerker sind niemals erschienen. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht vom Vermieter.

Fomos em 2 casais sem filhos e adoramos. O proprietário Rafael foi sempre muito prestativo. Casa completa, área social externa excelente. Condomínio pé na areia
