The Space:
This is the combination of 3 apartments that welcome you with its harmonious furniture, it has a total of 5 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 9 people in 3 queen size beds, 1 king size bed and 1 single bed. Each apartment has its own living room, dining room and bathrooms. If you don't feel like trying one of the excellent cafes or restaurants nearby, you can prepare a gourmet meal in your own kitchen, each apt has one, and settle in for a quiet evening in the apt.

This is the perfect getaway for digital nomads interested in working remotely in a comfortable location, it features:

These units are located on the second and third floor, please remember this 5-story building does not have an elevator.

The Neighborhood:
Barrio Manila is a hidden gem in El Poblado, Medellín. Unlike the steep hills and towering skyscrapers found in much of El Poblado, Manila lies near the base of the Aburrá Valley surrounded by the Andes Mountain Range. This budding area is young and fresh with a bohemian vibe. Hip cafes, upscale, open-air restaurants and fashionable boutiques are found on every graceful, quaint street. Manila is charming and traditional, with a serene atmosphere you’ll appreciate as soon as you arrive. You’ll feel safe, secure and relaxed during your stay in Manila.

Other Things to Note:
-There is currently construction on the nearby street, so there maybe noise during the day.

Interaction with Guests:
Before check-in, we will send you a link where all guests and visitors must register with their passport or ID in order to enter the building.
Visitors who are not registered in advance will not be allowed to enter, and a $50 USD fee per person will apply.
