Why they chose this property
Broad Ripple has always been a vibrant neighborhood with a lot of art, music and nightlife available. The mural on the west side of the building that is scheduled to be painted this month (August) is a tribute to that history. The Monon Trail runs through the heart of Broad Ripple making it a great place to exercise, socialize and enjoy the various shops and restaurants as well as green space.
