I absolutely love staying here so many activities to do such a peaceful relaxing scenery such beautiful place the beach is very close I recommend staying here anytime great host answered every time I called even let me extend my check out 45 minutes for free thank you so much again for the stay.

Amazingly decorated and a super cool and clean home to come back and chill. No detail is left undone. I would definitely recommend and stay here again in a heartbeat. Communication is easy with the owners and getting in the home was easy too. You can tell they take pride in their place and I so appreciate that as a guest and VRBO owner myself! One of the best homes we have ever stayed! Thank you!

My wife and I are very discerning when it comes to vacation rentals, and we had a great stay at Villa Biscayne. Pari and Moshik were very responsive hosts, the pool and spa in the back of the house provide a Shangri-La type setting (I exaggerate only slightly!) and the property is updated throughout. The only negatives, and I hesitate to mention any, were mosquitos in the backyard (I'm assuming just part of living in the area particularly with the lush vegetation) and aspects of the smart home technology did not work correctly (likely due to settings having been disrupted by previous guests). We would definitely return!

We have stayed in many vrbo places in Florida and this was by far our favorite experience. From the moment you walk through the gate of the property, we entered the gateway to paradise. The pictures fail to show the unbelievable beauty of the peaceful atmosphere of this incredible garden. The owner is so kind and immediately available and accommodating for anything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This is the best VRBO we have ever rented, and we travel about once a month. The cleanliness, the amenities, the personal touches along with everything you need to be away from home was provided. The neighborhood is safe, and the property owners went above and beyond with any questions, and communication.

This property is halfway between Rt 95 and Collins Ave in North Miami Beach. From the home you can walk to local restaurants and shops, and useful businesses like Publix and Whole Foods. The house is a short drive north to Fort Lauderdale, South to Miami, West to Davie, and East to the beaches. The house is very well decorated and updated. Great kitchen. The house is well equipped to make your stay more comfortable. And great terrace and fenced rear yard for your children and/or pets. Very friendly and helpful owners.
