A special place to relax. Enjoy panoramic ocean views from Santa Cruz to Monterey. This is an ocean front condo on the second level. Sleep in our Select Comfort king size bed with an ocean view and sounds of the sea to lull you to sleep. Watch the hummingbirds frolicking on our deck. New flat screen smart TV and Bose sound system. Amazon Echo Dot smart speaker. Sleeps two more on our queen size sofa bed. There is room for six at our dining room table with an additional leaf. Fully furnished, including all linens and towels. It situated half-way between Monterey and Santa Cruz in a gated community.

This is a beautiful place to stay. The view, the ocean waves, the beach to walk on, the birds to watch, and the beautiful condo itself are all reasons we love to stay here. The host is warm and welcoming. We love to stay here.

We found everything we needed in the well maintained, clean condo. The view of the ocean is excellent. It was a quiet beach and very nice to walk. We’d highly recommend this property.

The unobstructed ocean view from the patio and rooms were absolutely amazing. The house was exceptionally clean, and the hosts were incredibly responsive. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and hope to visit again!

Deborah's condo is amazing; clean, comfortable, inviting and with spectacular ocean views! We have been staying at Pajara Dunes for 30 years. We now try to go several times a year and always try to reserve this condo. It is so well liked that often times it is already booked. But we will keep trying!

This is our third, maybe fourth time to vacation here in the condo. My wife and I were so impressed with the “first-class” upgrades that were done with the appliances, countertops, bathroom, etc. This was our first trip back since moving to Pennsylvania, and it was probably the most enjoyable. We hope to return again soon!

Check in and out was easy and fast. Host was available when I need to ask a question, condo was clean, and beautiful beach view. You can watch the sunset from the deck and or living room.

This place is just perfect. The bed is super comfortable, and the kitchen is just right. The sunset view is incredible. We have stayed here twice and will be coming back again.

We love staying here! The views are mesmerizing ! The condo was very clean and well equipped. It was nice to have a washer/dryer to use during our week long stay. We highly recommend this unit and look forward to our next stay here.

My husband and I recently spent a completely relaxing three nights at this Magical Place. The condo is stocked with everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. The ocean views and the sounds of the waves is a constant enjoyment. The Host is very friendly and helpful. We love it there!
