Lake Erie Vistas Rules and Regulations Effective May 31, 2019
Rule #1 Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No behavior that is an unreasonable nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to other occupants will be tolerated.
Rule #2 Basket Carts and Hand Trucks (which are convertible to flat dolly) are provided for your convenience. Immediately after use, please return the carts/hand trucks to their original place next to the elevator in the lobby so that they will be available to other renters and unit owners.
Rule #3 Bikes may not be parked in the hallways but must be parked in outside bike racks or in condominium units.
Rule #4 No items shall be thrown from balconies. Due to falling risk, no items shall be hung or laid on balcony rails.
Rule #5 Each condominium is permitted to use no more than two parking spaces during peak season (from May 1 to Sept 30). Each vehicle must fit in a single parking space. Jet ski trailers, boat trailers, etc. must fit within a single parking space and be included within the two-space maximum per condominium. All spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Only non-commercial vehicles are permitted to park overnight.
Rule #6 Smoking within common areas inside of the building is prohibited. If smoking outside the building, you must provide your own ashtrays or other appropriate means of disposing of cigarette butts.
Rule #7 Under no circumstance should trash be left outside of unit door; make sure all trash is bagged, tied, and placed inside the dumpster. Posted trash rules must be followed.
Rule #8 Posted Beach rules must be followed. For your safety: *No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk - beware of strong undertow. *Do not climb or jump on pier or break walls. *No glass of any kind allowed in the beach area. Plastic containers or cans only. *The lake is dangerous and can be lethal - please respect it. Please respect our investment and be considerate of others: *Wash all sand from yourself, and children and beach toys at the beach wash station. *Clean up trash when leaving beach. *Do not leave beach chairs in water. Return them to beach near south rocks. *Respect our neighborhood property. LEV property line ends at rocks on both sides.
Rule #9 Posted Pool Rules must be followed. For your safety: *No lifeguard on duty swim at own risk. *No unsupervised swimming. *No diving. Diving may result in permanent injury or death. *No running, jumping, dunking or horseplay in or around the pool *No glass in pool area. *Tight fitting rubber pants over diapers or swim diapers are required on persons using the pool who are incontinent and/or not toilet trained.
Rule #10 We do not host parties of any kind unless management is notified before the booking. No bachelorette parties, birthday parties or wedding receptions. Please notify manager if you plan a party before booking your stay.
Rule #11 HOA provided grills and fire pits cannot be moved from the designated locations. Fires must be extinguished after use. HOA provided grills must be wiped down after use. Only electric grills and heaters permitted on balconies and patios.

The place was wonderful. The location and view were amazing. The host had all the details for entry and leaving all sent before we headed to and from the condo. Everything went so smoothly it made for the perfect weekend getaway! Clean and comfy beds!! Lived our stay here! Will come back again..
Unit was very clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, and the view was fantastic! Being on the first floor was very convenient for loading/unloading the car! We could slightly hear people in the pool below the room (mostly from the primary bathroom) but it was minimal and did not bother us or our young kids at all. We would book this room again!
Enjoyed our weekend stay. Location is great. Unit was clean and fit our group of 6 adults perfectly. Christine was friendly and responded quickly to questions. View of the lake was beautiful. We would rent again.
Beautiful property, very clean with great amenities. Loved watching the sunset from the private balcony, and enjoyed the fire pits on the beach at night.
A great place to be if you're looking for a quiet place to relax during the off season and spend time with a couple of friends. We had everything we needed and enjoyed a beautful sunset.
Christine was very responsive & so helpful when I asked her for info. A building problem affected our unit & she handled it right away. She also refunded a night which was greatly appreciated, since we couldn't use it most of the day.The condos have great views. The unit is very nice & the perfect size for 2 couples. If you want more privacy I would stick to 2 couples, or couples with kids. The Master is very nice.Since she is a new owner, we assumed there might be a few kinks. A few areas for improvement include:1. The Teflon skillets are flaking & rusted. Cooking in them was nearly impossible. An inexpensive set would be a huge bonus.2. Most of the towels could be replaced. Some are worn through & fraying at the edges. Several had a strong musty odor.3. The plastic on the master box spring is unsightly & actually a bit dirty. I would remove that & put a box spring cover if coverage is desired.Overall though, I would stay here again given the opportunity. The location & general decor of the unit was very nice & the owner was awesome! We have used VRBO several times, & she was by far the quickest in responding to any questions we had. If you are looking for a nice condo in GOTL, this is a great option. If the few things mentioned above are improved, it would be a 5 star review for me! As it is, if 4.5 stars was an option, that is what I would rate our stay. Thanks for a great place to stay for our long weekend! We made some great memories!

Thank you for the feedback. We have now furnished the unit with new towels sets and new 8, 10, and 12 inch skillets. The box spring plastic has been cleaned and and have added a new cover. We hope you had a wonderful trip and welcome you to stay with us in the future.

We love the private beach, gorgeous sunsets and pool on the property. In the Geneva on the Lake area, the state park is great for hiking and bicycling. The numerous Wineries and the restaurants/ bars on the strip are a lot of fun.
