Melanie, having Woodstock's shops and restaurants a short stroll from the cabin door is a big part of what makes the setting so easy to enjoy. Glad the cabin and its surroundings felt as lovely to you as they do to us. Come back whenever the village calls.
This cabin was perfect. All the accessories were top notch (Even Henckels kitchen knives!). Loved the espresso machine too.Excellent privacy, heating and comfortable bed. Will definitely be back next year

Anthony, a good set of knives and a proper espresso machine make cooking and slow mornings feel easy, so it is nice to hear they got used. Privacy, warmth and a comfortable bed round it out well. The cabin will be ready when next year comes around.
Highland Cabin is the perfect spot to enjoy a visit to charming Woodstock, VT! The cabin is newly renovated, well-stocked and both clean and comfortable. The layout was ideal for our 4-night stay (married couple) and would have also suited a small family with younger children. It is bright, cozy and efficient. The location is tough to beat and true to marketing as the best of both worlds. It's a very short walk or drive into the heart of Woodstock's town center yet up a hill and surrounded by a peaceful and private forest. We would definitely stay again and recommend this rental.

Thank you for the wonderful review. Glad the home was the perfect spot to enjoy Woodstock. It’s great the renovation, thoughtful stocking, cleanliness and layout suited your 4-night stay (and would work for a small family). Happy you enjoyed the bright, cozy, efficient feel and the location — just a short walk or drive to town yet private in the woods. We’d love to host you again and appreciate the recommendation.
Loved this cabin! The attention to details inside is amazing. Close to everything in Woodstock. The jar of dog treats and Nespresso pods were a fantastic bonus. Very cozy!

Thank you. We’re glad the cabin’s attention to detail, convenient Woodstock location, dog treats, and Nespresso pods added to your stay and that you found it cozy. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d welcome the chance to have you back.
Very nice, modern 'cabin' in secluded but convenient part of Woodstock. Less than 5 minute walk to town, elevated on hill to view over the valley and out toward Mt. Tom. Well appointed, very clean with all essentials. Perfect for a couple or small, younger family and dogs welcome which was ideal. Would certainly look to book again anytime of year.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the modern cabin, the peaceful setting, and those beautiful views over the valley and toward Mt. Tom. It’s great to know the short walk to town and the clean, well-appointed space made your stay comfortable. We’re especially happy it worked well for you and your dogs — always welcome back! We’d love to host you again anytime of year.
The house is adorable and in a fantastic location just up the hill from Woodstock Village. Cozy bed and well-stock house - twice as big as a hotel room and half the price! The host/management company is incredibly kind and responsive at all hours.Only complaint is that the shower / bath tub situation is not great - we had no hot water from the shower for the first 24 hours. The host had a plumber come out to resolve it as best as possible, but we were still left with very little water pressure on the shower, and were unable to make a bath for our baby for the entire stay. Hopefully this can be resolved more completely because the house is otherwise lovely.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m glad the location, cozy bed, and well-stocked kitchen worked well for you, and that our team was responsive. I’m very sorry about the hot water and low shower pressure and that it affected bathing for your baby. We did have a plumber out during your stay, and we’ll continue working with our maintenance team to fully resolve the issue and improve water pressure for future guests. We appreciate the helpful note and hope to host you again.
