About the host
Hosted by Nealy Glenn
I moved to East Nashville twelve years ago from Los Angeles and immediately fell in love with this city's kindness and community. As a Southern girl at heart, hospitality is my passion. Having traveled all over the world, I decided to host to share the same warmth and welcome I've felt in my travels.
I take great pride in making sure everyone who stays here feels comfortable, relaxed, and at home. And Nashville is a magical place!

Why they chose this property
Choosing to live in East Nashville was a decision that felt incredibly personal, a choice to immerse myself in a place with a soul. I was drawn to the tangible sense of history here, the way it’s woven into the fabric of the neighborhood. Walking down streets lined with beautiful Victorian and Craftsman homes in Lockeland Springs and Edgefield, I feel like I'm part of a story of resilience and rebirth. It’s this unique character that I knew would make my VRBO a special experience for others—a chance for guests to feel that same connection to the past.
But it’s not just the history; it's the creative energy that pulses through everything. This is a place where every corner seems to have a story, a local artist, or a brilliant new restaurant. I love the fact that I can spend my days exploring the diverse food scene, from grabbing a casual bite at a local favorite to celebrating a special occasion at a renowned spot like Margot Cafe & Bar or Lockeland Table. The neighborhood is a constant source of inspiration, a place where a strong sense of community and an entrepreneurial spirit thrive.
For me, East Nashville is more than just a place to live. It's a community that celebrates its past while always looking forward, and it's this perfect mix of old and new that makes it a dream location for my VRBO. I wanted to create a space that offers guests an authentic slice of Nashville life, and I honestly couldn't imagine doing that anywhere else.

What makes this property unique
My property isn't just a place to stay; it's a true escape right in the heart of East Nashville. While the neighborhood's vibrant energy is literally at my doorstep—with amazing restaurants and local music venues just a short walk away—my backyard is a private oasis.
The centerpiece is the stunning salt water pool, which makes you feel like you've been transported to a resort, offering a serene and gentle swimming experience that's easy on the skin. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and recharge after a day of exploring. And when the famous neon lights of Lower Broadway call, the city’s honky-tonk magic is just a quick and effortless 5-minute Uber ride away, giving my guests the best of both worlds: a peaceful retreat and a front-row seat to all that Nashville has to offer.
