My family (2 adults/2kids) booked an extended stay at this home based on our location needs. Location is the only pro I can point out for us. Due to issues with the home and discrepancies with the listing, we departed earlier than booked. Here are the cons we experienced:-The oven did not work for the entirety of our stay.-The heater did not function properly during our entire stay. The upstairs secondary bedrooms were unbearably hot even with the thermostats set on 68 degrees and the downstairs bedroom and bath were freezing cold. They appeared to not get any heat/air at all.-One of the garage doors would not open and appeared to be broken and jamming.-The listing stated there was an outdoor BBQ grill and a TV in the living/dining area. Neither were there. The only TV was in the master bedroom.-The hot water barely heats up; it’s lukewarm at best even at highest setting.-The toilet in the master bathroom would frequently make running water noises when not in use.-Stairs spiral at top section and there is no handrail there. A safety hazard in our opinion.-There was a beeping noise coming from the master bathroom that kept going off. It kept us up one night starting at 2:50 AM. They finally sent someone for that who searched forever. He found a smoke detector eventually, said it was “no good” and took it with them.-Smoke & carbon monoxide detectors did not appear to be up to code causing a safety concern for us. So, we decided it was best for our family to leave.

Spiral at top of staircase had no handrail. Our daughter slipped and fell going down here on day one. Luckily caught herself after sliding down a few steps and was okay.
Back living room where we expected a TV to be per the listing description.
Front yard. The driveway lights did not work and one was laying in the yard.
