Thoughtfully restored and beautifully remodeled, this 870 sq. ft. space blends historic charm with modern comfort, making it an ideal stay for couples, solo travelers, professionals, and small families seeking a comfortable home base in downtown Huntsville.
The home features a private bedroom with a queen bed and a Murphy bed located in the dining area for additional sleeping. Because the sleeping spaces are in separate areas of the home, guests enjoy both flexibility and privacy. The Murphy bed can be prepared prior to arrival for added convenience.
LIVING ROOM
Comfortable furnishings, books, games, and a Smart TV with complimentary DirecTV streaming create a welcoming place to unwind after a day exploring Huntsville. Guests also enjoy high-speed Google Fiber Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace, making the home equally suited for leisure and business travel.
Additional streaming apps are available for guests who wish to log into their own personal accounts.
DINING AREA & COFFEE BAR
The dining area serves as both a gathering space and flexible sleeping area when the Murphy bed is in use.
Just beyond the dining room, guests will find a complimentary coffee and tea bar stocked with a Keurig, drip coffee maker, assorted coffees, teas, creamers, sweeteners, coffee filters, and both reusable mugs and disposable to-go cups.

The fully equipped kitchen features premium Bertazzoni Italian appliances, including a gas range, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A microwave and toaster are also available for simple meal prep and quick use.
Cookware, bakeware, dishes, glassware, and kitchen essentials are provided, along with welcome snacks, bottled water, and paper products for added convenience.
The kitchen also includes a stovetop kettle for heating water, ideal for tea or pour-over coffee preparation.
BEDROOM
The private bedroom was created to be a peaceful retreat—a place to settle in, unwind, and feel at home. Featuring a queen bed with soft bedding, room darkening curtains, along with thoughtful comforts such as bedside charging stations, a sound machine, and both ceiling and portable fans for added comfort. Smart TV with DirecTV streaming is provided.
BATHROOM
The bathroom features a marble-tiled walk-in shower with a glass enclosure, plush towels, makeup towels, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers.
A hair dryer, curling iron, straightener, and other everyday essentials are also available should you discover you've left something behind.
LAUNDRY & CONVENIENCE
A washer and dryer, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, an iron, steamer, ironing board, and other thoughtful extras are provided to help make stays comfortable and hassle-free.
PARKING, EV CHARGING & STORAGE
Free on-site parking is available in the private driveway, with additional street parking nearby.
Guests traveling with electric vehicles may take advantage of the on-site Level 2 EV charger.
A detached garage is also available for storing bicycles, scooters, and similar items, with a combination lock provided for secure access.

Downtown Darling is an adorable little house. We were in town for our son’s wedding and this was a wonderful spot for us and family to connect in between events.
This was the cutest and coziest place! Perfect location downtown. Walking distance to so many places. We were in town for wedding at the Weeden House. Host was fantastic with communication. Check in was a breeze. Thank you so much for the hospitality!
