Upstairs, kitchen with central island, which is open on the living room area and overlooking the terrace, 1 bedroom with bathroom and toilet and one extra, smaller living room. On the ground floor , 4 bedrooms, among which 2 are on-suite, 1 utility room and one large game room (with a bar and projector, creating a private cinema atmosphere), which opens up to the large garden.
A couple of minutes walk from the beach and the center of Moulleau, quiet with plenty of space ... Bicycle paths, shops, restaurants, bars, sailing clubs and much more in the immediate surrounding.
