Step into history with this beautifully renovated 4,000 sq ft home, built in 1924. Each bedroom reflects the estate's rich past, with handpicked furnishings that add timeless charm.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We have two houses on the property and this listing is for the MAIN HOUSE ONLY. The guest house is rented separately, and outdoor amenities may be shared with other guests. For full privacy and exclusive use of the entire property, we recommend reserving the entire property.

Location: 18 mins from downtown Orlando.

Accommodations: Sleeps up to 14 guests
2nd Floor Bedrooms:
- The 20's Room: king bed, en suite bathroom
- The 30's Room: single bed, shower, and sink
- The 40's Room: queen bed, en suite bathroom
- The 50's Room: king bed, shared bathroom
- The 60's Room: full-size bunk bed, shared bathroom
1st Floor Bedroom:
- The Bridal Suite: full-size bed, shared bathroom

House Rules:
- Only the agreed number of guests allowed, monitored by security cameras.
- $700 security deposit required.
- No parties or events without prior approval; unauthorized events result in deposit forfeiture.
- No smoking indoors; $200 fine for violations.
- Excess noise after 10 pm prohibited (city ordinance).
- A fee of $150 will be charged if the hot tub needs to be drained and cleaned due to misuse.
- There’s a $25 cleaning fee for grill use.
- Amenities are rented on a first-come, first-served basis because it is a shared common area.

-Lake Lucy Estate is brought to you by Ohio Epic Rentals, a locally owned and operated company dedicated to delivering exceptional quality. To ensure convenience, we provide a welcome kit of essential amenities such as trash can liners, small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, dish sponge, a roll of paper towels, laundry detergent, 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, and facial soap for our guests. For longer stays, we recommend purchasing additional supplies to meet your specific needs.

-No unauthorized parties or events allowed please. Someone may be on property during check in to verify identification.

-Excess noise after 10 pm is against city ordinances and therefore not allowed.

-Kindly be aware that smoking cigarettes or marijuana is prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will incur a fine of $200 per day.

-The property has outdoor security cameras for your safety and anyone caught breaking these rules will be escorted off the premises without refund and will forfeit their deposit.

-This is an older home and is prone to maintenance issues. We do our best to correct issues quickly but please don’t expect perfection.

-Our tropical environment may bring about encounters with critters and insects. While we have monthly pest maintenance, you can help by keeping doors and windows closed and disposing of trash regularly. If you spot a few pests, kindly guide them outside, but if the issue persists, please contact us.

-A security deposit of $700.00 is required and will be automatically authorized by putting a hold on the credit card 2 days prior to the arrival date.

*Payment processors charge a 3% fee. If you cancel your booking within the cancellation window you will still be charged a 3% fee.*

IMPORTANT – POOL HEAT: Pool heat is available as an optional add-on and must be added for the entire duration of your stay. It cannot be requested for individual day(s) only.
