Newly remodeled and updated: new windows, doors, kitchen, bathrooms....everything has been redone except the laundry room.
Tastefully decorated with MCM furniture and unique pieces and great views of the lake!
Wall-mounted 65" smart TV in the living room
Kitchen has all new cabinets and appliances with induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, mixer, and coffeemaker with pods.
Wall mounted TV in the Queen bedroom which has a half bath.
Pet friendly. Laundry room with washer and dryer is located at the rear of the carport.
All utilities included: gas, water, electric, wifi.
Starter basics like soap, detergent, paper towels, etc. are provided so the home is move in ready.
Lakewood is a lovely area to live. This property is just steps from The Old Mill on Lake #2.
Only 12 miles from the LIttle Rock Air Force Base.

Just retired teacher starting out as a mid-term rental host. We have spent the last year remodeling a rental property we had previously rented on an annual basis.

Why they chose this property

I have lived in Lakewood for 25 years and love it! The parks, walking trails, and lakes are a lovely setting. This home is about 3 blocks from a great elementary school and 7 minutes from the high school. The Argenta Arts District is our pretty, walkable downtown.

What makes this property unique

The lakes are what drew us to North Little Rock, but it is also much more convenient to Little Rock than living "out west" where traffic can be an issue. Although we have great restaurants in NLR, especially in the Argenta Arts District, we are also a minute or two away from the I30-I40 interchange which can quickly take you to downtown Little Rock or to West LIttle Rock.
