This charming bungalow has been thoughtfully upgraded while keeping its vintage Florida character. Inside, you’ll find comfortable furnishings and a handy kitchenette with a two-burner cooktop, refrigerator, and microwave—perfect for preparing simple meals after a day on the sand. The unit includes two bedrooms, one full and one queen, plus a full-size sofa bed in the living area, making it ideal for families or small groups.

The fully fenced yard makes it easy to bring your dogs along, and convenient parking is available right at the door.

Located on the quieter south end of Anastasia Island, Crescent Beach offers soft white sand ideal for long walks, biking, or surf fishing. Local restaurants, a lively Irish pub, and small shops are just a short walk or drive away, while historic St. Augustine is about 11 miles north and Daytona Beach is roughly 45 miles south. This little house was great !!! Clean ! And had Everything we needed ,it is also a 4 minute walk to the beautiful beach and a quick 15 minute drive to all the great attractions! The host was great and very responsive .We will definitely stay again !

The cottage was perfect for just my cousin and I. We came to stay for the Rockville music festival in Daytona, so it was very easy to navigate to and from the Daytona speedway each day. The check in process was a bit of a problem because the code given did not work to open the door. There was also a main house directly in front of the cottage that we originally thought was the place we were staying. So once we were given a code, we took all of our belongings in just to be told we were in the wrong building. Wasn’t but a few foot walk to the cottage from the main house, but that would’ve been a nice detail to have included in the listing (that there is a main house and a cottage) just so there’s not any confusion such as the confusion we ran into. Once we finally got in and settled though, everything was perfect. We really enjoyed our time at the cottage! (Also super close to a dollar general, literally 5 minutes or less, so that was extremely convenient!)

This place was perfect for our needs (couple with a dog). It was clean and had what we needed appliance wise and included starter supplies (soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags) only missing paper towels. Beach gear provided although we brought our own. They also had a hose that we used to rinse off sand and wash our dog after a day at the beach. House was walking distance to beach and gas station convenience shop if you need little things or water and ice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will keep the place on our favorites list.
