Originally from Tiffin, Ohio. Moved to SWFL in late 90's. I'm a husband and dad of three. My life currently consists of kids sports and running a real estate team in Florida. I like being a host back home in Tiffin because it's a great little town with awesome folks, food and fun places to go.
Why they chose this property
Tiffin and this spot is so close to everything. Both Tiffin University and Heidelberg College are close, Hedges-Boyer park is basically in the backyard. Tiffin is 1.5 hours to Columbus (Go Bucks), it's an hour to Lake Erie including Put-In-Bay, Port Clinton along with Cedar Point. Neighborhood itself is private..only 3 houses on the street and check out the private backyard backed up to the ravine.
What makes this property unique
Private house, picturesque backdrop, several outdoor decks and patios to enjoy. Full finished basement with bar, spacious backyard, fire pit, corn hole, gas grill and tons of space to stretch out.
