This was an absolutely perfect house for our family vacation. We have stayed in 30 VRBO and Airbnb properties and this was the most supplied home of any. Host supplied paper products, snacks, drinks and anything you could think of that you would need during your stay. He had a wonderful policy of previous guests leaving canned drinks, sodas, etc and he had a message on the refrigerator saying take some and leave some for and from previous renters - and we did! The house was perfectly laid out with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. It had 2 full living/family:TV rooms and a completely finished basement with 2 TV’s - so plenty of choices for the entire family to spread out and enjoy. The location was wonderful with close proximity to Tiffin, Fostoria,, Fremont, Cedar Point and more. All beds and mattresses and linens were wonderful. All appliances were very nice. The decks and back yard was lovely and we had ground hogs and deer families in the backyard almost every day. We stayed for 20 days and will definitely rent from Cory again. It was as convenient as being in your own home. Thank you Cory and family for sharing your home with us. It made our vacation perfect.We give you a 10 on everything!

Cory was very accomodating. He answered my questions quickly. The house was clean and welcoming. There are two eating areas and multiple sitting/tv watching areas. It was a bit chilly to use the decks when we were there, but they looked like a great option as well. The space is great for groups looking for both together time and alone time. HIghly recommend.

Originally from Tiffin, Ohio. Moved to SWFL in late 90's. I'm a husband and dad of three. My life currently consists of kids sports and running a real estate team in Florida. I like being a host back home in Tiffin because it's a great little town with awesome folks, food and fun places to go.

Why they chose this property

Tiffin and this spot is so close to everything. Both Tiffin University and Heidelberg College are close, Hedges-Boyer park is basically in the backyard. Tiffin is 1.5 hours to Columbus (Go Bucks), it's an hour to Lake Erie including Put-In-Bay, Port Clinton along with Cedar Point. Neighborhood itself is private..only 3 houses on the street and check out the private backyard backed up to the ravine.

What makes this property unique

Private house, picturesque backdrop, several outdoor decks and patios to enjoy. Full finished basement with bar, spacious backyard, fire pit, corn hole, gas grill and tons of space to stretch out.
