Being raised on a large farm, we were pleased to experience a similar atmosphere with this country farm house. Roomy living room and ample space with the four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The location was perfect for our trip into Tiffin for the flea market.

We used the home to gather together with multi-family groups for a holiday celebration. The facility offered a large comfortable area to meet and celebrate. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans and utensils.Everything was warm and clean!!The host was quick to answer any questions asked.

The house was older but beautifully done. Big enough for the 9 of us. Nice and quiet with some yard for my grandson. We will definitely be back for future stays. Had plenty of amenities.

Beautiful Farmhouse.

We stayed at this beautiful farmhouse for a weekend while visiting Tiffin, OH. This home is full of character and charm. Plenty of space for the 5 adults in our party. The location and setting are serene. The home is clean, well cared for, and has everything that may be needed for a stay. If we are ever in the area, we would definitely book again.

The setting was great, water is country water from a well. AC is not central, just a couple of units for some rooms, luckily we just used the house for sleeping so it was cooler in the evening. Host was excellent.

Thank you for your feedback. I encourage my guests to contact me if they have any issues. The air conditioning units are mini-splits and have kept guests cool in 95 degrees weather. I suspect the settings may have not been correct. And yes we do have country well water. I am always happy to assist with any issues that may come up.
