What a beautiful, peaceful property. It suited all 7 of us perfectly. The house was very spacey and beautifully redone. We went to a wedding nearby and the town is only minutes away. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Being raised on a large farm, we were pleased to experience a similar atmosphere with this country farm house. Roomy living room and ample space with the four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The location was perfect for our trip into Tiffin for the flea market.

It was better than what we had hoped for! We were there for a college graduation and when we ate at a restaurant in town the waitress knew the host and had all great things to say! Could not ask for more.

The house was older but beautifully done. Big enough for the 9 of us. Nice and quiet with some yard for my grandson. We will definitely be back for future stays. Had plenty of amenities.

Beautiful Farmhouse.

We stayed at this beautiful farmhouse for a weekend while visiting Tiffin, OH. This home is full of character and charm. Plenty of space for the 5 adults in our party. The location and setting are serene. The home is clean, well cared for, and has everything that may be needed for a stay. If we are ever in the area, we would definitely book again.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you found the house clean and enjoyed your stay. I’m hoping to give the outside some attention to match the inside soon — there's always something to tackle with a farmhouse! Appreciate you pointing it out, and thanks again for staying.

The home is a true farm house with an amazing farmhouse feel. Homeowner is delightful and a real over achiever. Couldn't have had a better host. They have a game room and our whole family enjoyed it. We turned the tv on once just to see it. The atmosphere in this place just breathed family.

The setting was great, water is country water from a well. AC is not central, just a couple of units for some rooms, luckily we just used the house for sleeping so it was cooler in the evening. Host was excellent.

Thank you for your feedback. I encourage my guests to contact me if they have any issues. The air conditioning units are mini-splits and have kept guests cool in 95 degrees weather. I suspect the settings may have not been correct. And yes we do have country well water. I am always happy to assist with any issues that may come up.
