Upon departure, place towels in tub and bag all garbage and place in cans outside. Please shut off lights as well. Thanks.
Please remove dirty/muddy shoes upon entry. Any stains to the linens, towels, floors, walls, furniture, etc. are subject to a damage/replacement fee.

Campus Cove was excellent! This home was just what we were looking for; close to Geneva College, Beaver and McConnell's Mill State Park. Campus Cove was clean, nice layout, AC worked great. David and Lori responded quickly when we reached out and communicated very well overall.

The property was clean, “middle class” neighborhood. We had a hot shower, and air conditioning! Checkin was really easy, owners responded to right away. We were very comfortable here!

If you’re going to an event at the local college it’s a perfect spot. Easy walk to and from. Very clean. The extras like fans, dog bowls and dog lead. Made our life easier.

Such an adorable home. The owners were so nice and welcoming. We love how close it is to Geneva. The neighborhood was great and we loved how close we were to so many amazing parks. This property lives up to its "cozy" billing. (My wife called it our "tiny house".) We were in Beaver Falls for a week- long conference at Geneva College, so the location was perfect! The house is not high fashion but it is clean, comfortably furnished, and smelled fresh. (I particularly enjoyed the reclining sofa.) The beds were comfortable and the linens clean and soft. It was nice to have reserved parking in front of the door, but, since I didn't need my car for most of the week, the owner let me park in the (shady) back yard. The owner also recommended a very nice restaurant for a date-night. Shakespeare's: which i highly endorse as well. Overall, a definite "10".

This is a great and safe neighborhood. College Hill is a very conservative area just steps away from Geneva College, a Christian Liberal Arts School.

What makes this property unique

Campus Cove is simple, cute, clean, & very comfortable. The huge TV, WiFi, backyard fire pit and outdoor seating naturally create wonderful memories. Enjoy a quiet sitting out on the front porch too!
