The host was cold, and not great at communicating. The upstairs neighbors were so loud that I actually ended up finding a different place to stay at a friends for many nights. And the fridge lost power every day, causing me to lose a lot of food that I purchased.

Very nice house and great community to stay in I thought it was perfect.Host was friendly and understanding. Only complaint and the only reason why I rented an apartment/house then hotel was that it had a kitchen and refrigerator to cook and store my milk etc. but the fridge didn’t work at all. Someone came and told me it was good and I went to buy 100 of cold groceries and it all went to waste. I was disappointed. Other then that it was an excellent place to stay

I liked the property I’ll list the pros first : Convenient location- allowed for early check in and late check- clean looked like the picture/ description given. Cons: damages to the stove the owner didn’t know about ( from previous renter) Didn’t receive check in info until after we arrived at the airport- stayed for 5 days only given 2 wash clothes and dry towels for 2 people I extras. Only 4 hangers in closet. Had an iron but no place to iron. Garbage disposal didn’t work. And a very rude and noisy upstairs neighbor the first night there he stomped over our heads from 1 am - 5 am and during the day it seemed as if he went out his was to be extra noisy when he knew we were there. And some of the furniture was a little worn

Pros: convenient to get to The Strip each day for conferences, meetings etc. had a nice walk-in closet.Cons: unit smelled of smoke and wet dogs, we ended up having to buy our own paper towels, dishes were dirty, dishwasher seemed to be leaking under the floor tiles. Host gave us the wrong code so we had to work with the property to access the gated community and the gym. Hot tub was closed. Conditioner in bathroom had hair in it…
