I have stayed in a number of nice homes in various cities. This one is by far the most luxurious. It’s on another level. The house is amazing and very well stocked and maintained. We were able to easily host 12 of our family for Thanksgiving with available seating left over. The location is very close to River Parks, Brookside, Cherry Street, Utica Square, Philbrook and Woodward Park. Ryan’s communication, availability and helpfulness is also on another level. Looking forward to coming back when it’s warmer to enjoy the fantastic outdoor space and pool.

This is a dream home! Beautifully designed and furnished, brand new and pristine! Well appointed kitchen with all needs for cooking, and ample space for food storage. Decor is stunning and very inviting and comfortable! Each bedroom is large with en-suite baths and well appointed with extremely comfortable beds and high quality sheets and towels. Even had beautiful,new baby equipment for our 18 month old. Primary bedroom/bath is incredible. Ryan is an amazing host giving us clear and easy instructions. Location is Awesome! Will be our go to place in Tulsa!!

This property is the best I’ve ever er stayed at. The house is so amazing.when i say it was new. I mean we were the first to ever stay here. Ryan was so amazing, fro he was hands on. So we were very lucky to find this home. When we arrived in Tulsa we were supposed to stay at a whole different house. By not going really into that. We had to scramble. The timing couldn’t have been any better, for we found this property after it was just listed, for a next day rental. This is rare in VRBO, and even surprised Ryan the owner. He saved us. So basically imagine a 5,700 Sqft house brand new. Five bedrooms each with its own bathroom. there are 5 1/2 baths. There is the coolest kitchen. Huge island with a huge sink that has two faucets. Then another large sink on. The peninsula. Massive fridge, a large stove with ba stainless steel Griddle. With two ovens and then a third oven under the microwave., there is a massive fridge. One of the coolest thins is a butler pantry behind a hidden doorWhich has tons of storage, and a drink fridge, and a large prep sink. The living room, just off the kitchen, they really flow together. Also a really nice dining room. Bordering the dinning room and living room border two huge bifold glass doors to a huge courtyard. With the doors open the inside flows with the outside. At the end of the courtyard. There is a covered outdoor living room, with large tv and gas fireplace. Next the the living room is a bbq station and sink. Pool and Tub are amazing!

The home is in the Brookside neighborhood which has restaurants, grocery stores and shopping within walking distance. Only a few minutes from the river, Gathering Place, Utica Square, Cherry Street and Downtown. You will not find another home like this for rent in Tulsa. This is a high quality multi-million dollar home in one of the best parts of Tulsa.
