I grew up in the twin cities and have always wanted a home on a lake. I've been living in northern Iowa for the past 30 years, where lakes are few and far between. I love to travel and have stayed at many VRBOs. I want this one to leave an imprint on your heart.
I love boating, kayaking, and biking. Waking up with a few of the lake is great for the soul.

Why they chose this property

Faribault has a lot to offer. Downtown has a lovely bakery, coffee shops, distillery and lots of other cute shops. There are several wineries in the area. We fell in love with the scenery of all the lakes. There's a bike trail in town and lots of restaurants to.chose from. Our lake house sits up on a hill. Roberds Lake is small, with little traffic.
We are relatively close to MSP and St. Paul, Rochester MN

What makes this property unique

It's cozy and has character. It was built in the 1930's and well cared for. It has a large deck facing the lake, equipped with a grill. Our dock is across the street. The boat landing is 3.5 miles away. Sleeps 6-8. Full kitchen, washer/ dryer, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Very family friendly.
