CHARMING, AFFORDABLE 3-BEDROOM FARM HOUSE, DOERUN NEAR VENUES MOULTRIE, TIFTON

This 1945 upgraded country farm cottage is located in Doerun, GA near Sylvester, Moultrie, Tifton, & Wedding Venues. The Cottage features a peaceful, fully-equipped house with 3 large bedrooms - 1 California King Luxe Bed & 2 Queen beds, a full-size, fully-equipped Kitchen, and Dining Room, Cozy Massage Recliner, Full bathtub & shower, plenty of towels, and a perfect interior temperature,

A new HVAC system, fridge, butcher-block cabinets, cold water, ice-maker, range/cooktop, coffee service, K-cups and all the nice utensils and gear to bake a cake or have a beautiful dinner. Wifi is fiberoptic, and the ROKU TV has more channel access than we can count (some require membership as you know). Let's not forget the new roof!

Guests will unwind and relax here after a day of exploring. Country, unobstructed sunsets over the adjacent lake are often breathtaking.

The serene, and beautiful sunset atmosphere of this expansive property is perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We've hosted wedding groups, degree seekers, and folks working in local hospitals. It's a 1945 Upgraded Cottage, and it's not the Ritz Carlton. lol. Often plenty of Pecans from 2 Royal Pecan Trees, sometimes a Fig Tree will produce on nearly 3 acres of Countryside.

LEAVE ONE(1) LIGHT ON IN FRONT ROOM. TURN UP THERMOSTAT TO 79 IN SUMMER; TURN DOWN TO 58 IN WINTER. ENSURE ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS LOCKED. TURN OFF STOVE! PLEASE CLEAN ALL YOUR DISHES.
PUT RED TRASH BIN NEAR ACTIVE PAVED ROAD NOT NEXT TO FENCE PLEASE.
DO NOT OVERLOAD WASHER DRYER. ONLY USE "REGULAR CYCLE" PLEASE.NO SOAKING WE TOWELS IN DRYER.

Great stay, awesome host management company (Adam). Cozy home with lots of room inside and out. Fast WiFi and TV. Cell phone service works great. Beds super comfortable. Plenty of kitchen appliances as well. Everything we needed was there and town close by. 10 out of 10!

The cottage was so comfortable, clean and quiet. We had everything we needed and the fiber internet was fast, able to stream and get work done. The yard is huge and the cotton fields were so pretty. This was the best trip to visit family because we had our own place to stay. Our dog had a blast running around. Thank you!!!

We recently stayed at this cottage for a last-minute trip to attend a funeral, and it ended up being exactly what we needed during a difficult time.The home was clean and stocked with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It’s situated perfectly in the country between Sylvester, Camilla, and Moultrie, which made traveling back and forth between towns incredibly convenient for our family obligations.What truly made this stay exceptional, though, were the hosts.Shortly after we booked, they reached out to let us know they had just discovered a water pipe that needed repair. Despite dealing with their own family emergency out of state, they immediately prioritized making sure we were informed. They were completely transparent.Even more impressive, they worked tirelessly to secure someone to complete the repair on a Sunday and had everything fixed well before we checked in. Throughout our travel, they provided thoughtful progress updates so we could make an informed decision on whether we would need to cancel at any point. That level of communication and integrity is rare.Their care, honesty, and commitment to making sure we were taken care of truly made the difference in this stay. We are incredibly grateful.I absolutely recommend this cottage, especially because of the wonderful hosts behind it.
