With included bath towels, bath products, kitchenware, in-unit washer & dryer, and other necessities, you’ll feel like you don’t want to leave (or at least that you don't have to leave - conveniently). This cozy cottage is located 4 minutes from downtown Sylvester, 30 minutes to Moultrie, & 22 minutes to Tifton. We are happy to accommodate guests for the Calico Arts & Crafts Shows, Moultrie Automotive Swap Meet & Car Corral, the Sunbelt Ag Expo, and other events requiring overnight lodging.

Great Property

We needed a place close to Sylvester to visit our son. The park across the street had a lot of Christmas lights which we really enjoyed. Also enjoyed the walking path around the park. We will definitely be back!

Exxeeds expectations!Beautiful home/cottage located in a quiet neighborhood. We loved to drink morning coffee and enjoy the evening on the beautiful deck. Amazing experience

We were in town for a wedding and found this listing. We booked it and the pictures don't do it justice. The house was perfect for our family. Everything is brand new and felt like home. We absolutely loved the high ceilings in the living room and talked about building a house like it. We would recommend this house to anyone for sure. Thank you for the hospitality and everything was exceptional!
