Very private, on an inner romantic garden, remains of an old castle. My place is close to Arc de Triomphe, Bois de Boulogne, Champs-Élysées. The space
The studio offers a well-equipped space and is very quiet, as it overlooks the romantic historical garden. It has en entrance, with a large closet; a bathroom with bath, an ample supply of towels, toilet, and a washer/dryer; a kitchenette with an electric cooktop with 2 hot surface, refrigerator with freezer, micro wave oven, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, and all the cooking and diner equipment. The studio has a large window, a high ceiling, an all furnished comfy interior set up, cable TV, broadband cable WIFI, closets, and lots of light. Hardwood floor. Altogether, an impression of calm and luxury.

Our place is best adapted for solo adventurers, solo business travelers, couples, families (couple and child), and pet (small dog only, less than 10 kg/20 lbs).

There is an ingenious slide-away queen size bed glides up to the ceiling(2m x 1,60 m / 78" x 63": Due to the height of the bed, this studio is not recommended to people with mobility problems) plus a single sofa-bed (2m x 80 cm / 78" x 31.5" which is like a thick Futon-like mattress (25cm/0.8 foot) when it's unfolded on the ground) There are full 3 sleeping spaces, so to say. However, the size of the studio could be tight for 3 adults guests.

The studio is super quiet as it's on a spacious private garden (romantic, with ruins and beautiful trees) which is closed. There's really no noise in the surroundings.

Caution: This is a Parisian-size studio. It’s not large, but it’s well equipped and the space is used in an optimum way. It’s as comfortable as you might expect.

Guest access
For your arrival, you will be met by either one of us or by an assistant. Marc speaks English, French. Rumi speaks English, French and Japanese, and our assistants speak English, French, Japanese and some speak Spanish. There is a handbook in the studio with all the necessary information.

The checkin is set at 3 pm, but if you'd like to check in earlier, contact us. We can arrange the free early checkin/ late checkout in accordance with availability. It's often the case that the apartment had been cleaned and prepared earlier, so you'd be welcome to check in earlier. In that case, even very early check ins are possible (at no extra cost). However, there is no check in after 10:00 pm. The same goes for check outs, set at 11 am, but if you need a later check out, contact us.

We can arrange a free early checkin/ late checkout in accordance with availability.

Airport taxi
For transfers between the airport and the residence, we kindly recommend using an official taxi from the airport taxi stand (flat rate) or ride-hailing services like Uber or Lyft for a safe and convenient journey.

Other things to note
We have another apartment, exact same equipment, also on the romantic garden, in case you'd be interested in renting two places for your family or friends.

The building is guarded 7/24. In case you need to speak to us during your stay,, we'll provide our cell phone numbers and our email addresses.

It's a large building: the entrance on rue de la Faisanderie.
