The appart was clean and spacious enough for 2/3 (we were 2). The best part was the neighborhood- close to many, many stores, cafes, restaurants, and especially La Grande Epicerie de Paris (a fantastic two story épicerie) which was just down the block!! Metro & RER were close by also ! The only thing I would suggest would be to have information about the use of appliances (oven/microwave, washer/dryer) available for Americans who are not familiar with European models. But, all in all, a good place to stay!

Great location central Paris

The apartment was great for three people. It was small but clean and well equipped. The location was fantastic, within reasonable walking distance from many key sites.

Exceptional Stay

My group of 5 comfortably enjoyed our stay here. Close to the metro and only a few minutes from the Eiffel Tower by electric scooter. All amenities and the host was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Excellent place to explore Paris with wonderful host

The property is well located, close to the Eiffel Tower and two Metro stops. The host was very responsive to all of our messages, and was able to be flexible with out check-in time. The second double bed is a bunk on top of the main bed, so for 4 people, it is best suited for families or young friends who can climb the ladder. Would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment in Paris!!!

This apartment was a great find. Even though it is not big, it is efficient and has everything you would need to spend your vacation in Paris. The location is also stellar, being close to the Eiffel Tower, as well as the metro. I would highly recommend this stay to others!

Nice and easy

Excellent location, supremely easy check in and out, and very well appointed. Just needed a tiny bit more attention to cleaning otherwise perfect. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Super cute spot

Eric was a fantastic host, easy to communicate with… It was a great location less than a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Short walk to both metro and the RER! Great layout for a small apartment and close to markets and grocery stores.

Very good place to stay

Overall a very good place to stay. We had 5 adults and while cozy suited our needs for a place to stay. Property owner was very easy to deal with and was very responsive to our texts. Process to check in and out was also very easy. A “guide” to the apartment would have been helpful. Had to figure out a few things but nothing we didn’t figure out. Very good location in a quiet area to Metro, food and tourist spots.

Great neighborhood

The place is perfectly situated to enjoy the local food market lane. The apartment has all you need to create a great meal from the treasures you find. Eric was available for any questions and very responsive. A great visit.

Perfect little spot

Most of the places are small and apartment living in Paris. This was perfect for our family. We had everything we needed in the property. I love having the market down the street for fruits, pastries, and restaurants. 15-20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again! Thank you Eric

Great little place in wonderful lication

We stayed in this cute little apartment with a family of 4. It worked out great for our short stay. The apartment is well equipped, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower several metro stations and bus lines. Communication with the owner is easy and fast. I highly recommend!
