Pros: Close to stores, Restaurants, and other tourist area. Washing machine and dryer, plates and utensils available. Host was nice. Good price.Cons: Not for family of 4 as advertised, heating situation was horrible, communication about getting in or leaving was not provided.Overall, not bad but can be better.

L'appartement d'Edouard est agréable et chaleureux avec 2 espaces nuit séparés dont les fenêtres donnent sur 2 rues très calmes. Il est situé non loin d'une rue commerçante et animée et de 2 stations de métro pratiques pour se déplacer et aller rapidement visiter Paris... Emplacement parfait !

appartement très bien pour 2 , à notre avis très difficile à 4 ( uniquement deux tabourets).les lits donnaient l'impression d'avoir été utilisés , le linge n'est pas repassé et donne une impression négligée peu de rapport avec les photos de l'annonce.. Vu le prix de la prestation, on s'attend à un appartement impeccable.Par contre très bien situé pour les transports et le ravitaillement.

Le gros plus c est l'emplacement

L'emplacement est optimal. Edouard a répondu a nos demandes rapidement. Ayant des enfants en bas âge, et ne souhaitant pas manger aux restaurants tous les soirs, il nous a manqué de la vaisselle et des sièges pour manger à 4 en même temps. Nous avons trouvé l'appartement très juste au niveau de la propreté.

Sympathique appartement

Hôte très sympathique et arrangeant. Édouard s'est plié en 4 pour nous servir. L'appartement et très bien situé, tout les produits sont fournis même quelques dosettes de café. Attention quand même au voisinage, on entend ce qui se passe dans l'appartement d'à côté.
