New Build Home August 2025, perfect for a fun-filled family getaway. With a Jacuzzi hot tub, you can relax and unwind in style. The house is designed to be entertaining and family-friendly, ensuring that everyone has a great time. The fully fenced-in backyard is a safe and secure space.

This home offers a spacious and open living room and kitchen layout. 2 Queen Size Bed and 2 Twin size bed for Kids
For our local guests, if you’re wanting to host a party at the house then please don’t book with us. We don’t allow any parties at our home. If you’re a local wanting to rent our house, no more than 2 cars are allowed at the house and only registered guests are welcome. The authorities will be contacted if there’s a party at the house of any sort, any excessive noise or disturbance to the neighbors.
The dining room comfortably seats six people, with an additional 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter. From the dining area, you can access the backyard where you can relax in the hot tub or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.
The Master bedroom features a comfortable Queen size bed, the second Bedroom room has a Queen-size bed and the Third bedroom has two Tween size bed, accommodating a total of six people.
We have one camera above the garage that monitors the driveway for your safety and the safety of the house.
If you’re wanting to host a party at the house then this is not the right house for it. We don’t allow any parties at our house. The authorities will be contacted if there’s a party at the house of any sort, any excessive noise or disturbance to the neighbors.
Must be 21 or older to book.
We allow PETS for a pet fee $30 per day per dog . 1 pet 30 Pounds max, if you want to bring more, please check with me for extra pet cost.
We are a smoke free house.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great property. Everything was clean and as described on the listing. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. The Host even came knocking on the door to ask if we needed anything (to some that might be super nice, to my teens, it was awkward and unnecessary as a message wouldve sufficed.) Also, checkout was 11 am, so imagine our full surprise when the door is being opened at 10 am while we are loading our car up because they had assumed we left early. Again, this freaked ny teens out. Other than this, the stay was smooth and a great place to last your head down at night.

The home was clean and the hot tub was a new and very nice model. It’s a covered hot tub too so when it was sprinkling we didn’t have to worry about the rain. Would book again.

This was an excellent location for a week in bourbon country. It was close to many stores and restaurants, and extremely easy to get to the highway for day trips. I will definitely recommend this and stay here again.
