Quiet neighborhood, secure parking, Leonardo’s Mexican Food nearby is a hidden gem. Ben’ Bargain Center isn’t for everyone but wife found a couple dresses that she’s proud of. Air conditioner was able to keep the house comfortable when heat index was 110 outside. Master bedroom shower is a pleasure to use.

Cute house with comfy beds. Third bedroom could use a bed instead of a futon. You need to bring an air mattress if you need three bedrooms. There was only one trashcan in the kitchen. Adding some trashcans in the bathrooms would be helpful. There was a strong odor in the house, but there had recently been flooding in the area. The host brought over an air purifier as soon as we notified them. The floors were not the cleanest as you could feel grit under your feet when you walked on them

Thank you for your feedback! I wish I’d known an air mattress was needed, we could easily accommodate that! The third bedroom is exactly as pictured and advertised however. We will get bathroom trash cans in the air Bnb before next stays! Lastly, we have had record flooding this week and Louisville was completely flooded, the house had minor water accumulation under it which we addressed and had it dried out and sealed.
