Easy to get in and out and very easy to get to campus. There's a Costco close by which my son was very excited about for lunch one day. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance if you want to. It truly was comfortable. It's an older property but very well maintained and had everything we could think of that we needed. The linens and beds were high quality and the space was very welcoming after a long drive.

Very nice host! The property was fresh and clean and the hosts were very hospitable and left snacks! Easy access to Texas Tech as we were there for Orientation and RRC. We will choose this VRBO again in the future!

This house was exactly what we were looking for. Comfortable, clean and close to everywhere we needed to go. The host was so kind in leaving some goodies and waters.We will possibly be back in Lubbock in the spring and hope we will be able to stay here again.We highly recommend this host.

Quick stay in LBK

We had to plan a last minute trip to Lubbock and this property was an excellent choice. It was close to restaurants and shopping which made our visit that much more pleasant.

The Townhouse was a Perfect Stay

The townhouse is located in a perfect location and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. The place is clean, organized and nicely furnished. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Lubbock.
