This 2nd floor split floor plan condo is the perfect home base for your stay in Ave Maria. With 3 cozy bedrooms including a king bed, queen bed, and blow up guests will have plenty of space to relax. The property also features a state of the art fitness center. The 2 full bathrooms are equipped with showers for a refreshing start to your day. Our place will help you feel at home while you're enjoying the sunshine in Ave Maria. Mayflower Way condo residents have their own satellite pool just steps away. Dogs less than 50lbs allowed ( depending on breed ). More pictures to be added in late September

I chose Ave Maria for many reasons. The small community is very friendly, healthy and fun for everyone. There is always something to do in Ave Maria Florida

What makes this property unique

The property faces east and overlooks the 6th fairway of Panther Run golf course. It’s so peaceful to sit out on the lanai in the morning as the sun comes up.
