First trip to Seattle was made great by this condo. Its comfortable and surprisingly close to tons of things to do! I was 10 minutes from T Mobile Park for a concert, 10 minutes from Pike Place Market. And the patio view was fantastic. I was able to bikeshare to the Ferry terminal which gave me access to the most incredible camping in Olympic National Forest. Its a great secured building and Id recommend this place for wanting to be close to all seattle has to offer.

The view from the balcony was stunning, the apartment was bright and clean, but that's where our expectations based on the ad began to go astray. This was not a "luxury experience".Comms with the host were terrible, sorry that we interrupted your holiday to Italy, Nate. I had asked him in the days leading up to the we would have loved an early check-in for 2pm, and unfortunately this couldn't be arranged. Not a problem, we spent a few extra hours in Seattle exploring. Our problem was that at 4pm when we arrived at the agreed upon time, we were not granted entry into the building by Nate via the call box. Not once. After 30 minutes, the building security office let me in and by some stroke of luck, the person I rode the elevator with went to Floor 9 so I could access the apartment.Meanwhile, my partner stayed in the car parked in the loading zone because street parking was full. Street parking is technically free, but there is a 2 hour limit. This should have been communicated to us so we could have arranged underground parking with the host - another aspect of this trip that was confusing and couldn't be done on site.The amenities were not as advertised - THERE IS NO PULL OUT COUCH. Instead we found the dismantled futon haphazardly on the balcony, and a very uncomfortable air mattress instead. There were 4 of us staying here, and an air mattress instead of a pullout is unacceptable not to disclose.The dirty pair of white underwear in the garden was the cherry on top.

Amazing location and awesome views. Large balcony needed a sweep, a few dirty dishes in dishwasher and didn't look like laundry was done from prior guest. There was dry laundry in washer.Beautiful rooftop grass garden needed weeding.I would've given all 5 stars except for above and the fact that this beautiful property is only one block away from homeless drug users. Didn't walk to stadium due to safety concerns but Uber was only second away.Again, beautiful property and building and amenities. Thank you.

Beautiful view from private rooftop outdoor space ! Great new clean apartment - fans but no A/C which wasn’t a big deal but on a hot night it could be an issue . Perfect first night as we arrived in Seattle for the start of our big PNW adventure!
