About Ben Pearson

My wife Kimberly and I grew up in the Seattle area and enjoy living in the wonderful Queen Anne neighborhood. We live on the property with our daughter Misia and a friendly black cat named Bacchus. I have enjoyed restoring and updating this charming property. My free time is spent with friends and family, golfing, reading, traveling and following the Seattle Seahawks.

So well organized, clean and a great location!

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay here. Ben was great to deal with. We walked to the main area which has the Music Experience, Science Center, Monorail to town etc. with kids and nice walk. There is also restaurants, a grocery store and other amenities a few blocks down. The street up is a bit steep but a good workout.

The property was very well organized and clean (and I am very picky). We used to have a rental property on VRBO and this place is one of the only I would say was up to our standards. The extras like saran wrap, spices, tissue, laundry soap included are a big help when you are travelling. The beds were very comfy and the murphy one was great for the kids as lower down.

All in all a very nice place to stay and relax after exploring the city during the day.

We'll be back!

Wonderful stay!

  • 5 of 5

The property was exactly as described and as nice as the pictures! The location was perfect - within minutes of all the downtown attractions and close to Queen Anne and Freemont Neighborhoods! We were very busy during our stay and it was wonderful coming back to such a cozy, comfortable, and clean home. Very relaxing and wonderful to spread out and chill! We would definitely stay here again!

Charming, clean, quiet and very comfortable

  • 5 of 5

Our VRBO was exactly as described in the description, and exceeded our expectations! The living room was very comfortable had plenty of space. The kitchen was so clean and fully stocked with all the items we needed to make a large dinner and breakfast. Both beds were obviously very new and were extremely comfortable. The location was ideal and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Exceedingly Pleasant

  • 5 of 5

We had a great stay. The space was spacious enough for a family of four, the kitchen had all of the necessary items, everything was very clean and well organized, and the owner provided an excellent handbook with all of the critical information, including the recommendation of a very good bakery just up the hill. In all, everything surpassed our expectations and we look forward to visiting again.

Ideal Seattle getaway

  • 5 of 5

I was excited to return to Seattle with my one-year-old after living there for several years, and this home was the perfect spot for us. Not only is the location fantastic -- close proximity to several great cafes, restaurants and the Metropolitan Market, plus the view from Kerry Park -- but the home itself is very comfortable and extremely well thought out for visitors. The owner, Ben, went above and beyond to make sure my little one had a home away from home. In addition to a portable crib and booster seat he also provided lots of toys and books for my son to use. We loved the home's layout and didn't feel ready to leave at the end of our stay! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
