The home has original newly refinished hardwood floors, 9 foot ceilings, crown molding, log burning fireplace, radiant heat, wooden shutters, large closet and lots of windows.

New updates include brand new appliances and countertops in the kitchen, subway and hexagon tiles in the bathroom.

Professionally decorated to be warm and inviting. Vintage Thomasville furniture, down filled couch from the Seattle Design Center, numerous framed art work all add to the charm of the home.

My wife Kimberly and I grew up in the Seattle area and enjoy living in the wonderful Queen Anne neighborhood. We live on the property with our daughter Misia and a friendly black cat named Bacchus. I have enjoyed restoring and updating this charming property. My free time is spent with friends and family, golfing, reading, traveling and following the Seattle Seahawks.

We were very impressed with every aspect of this property. It was meticulously kept, very comfortable, and in a great neighborhood. Ben was the perfect host. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit Seattle.

Perfect location in Seattle

We stayed here while visiting Seattle and wanted something that was family friendly, yet close to everything. We walked to restaurants, parks and the Seattle Center. This house was perfect for our little family, plus had room for Grandma to spend the night too. Highly recommend!

Fun area, local to great things

We enjoyed staying on Aloha Street during our time in Seattle. The small home is furnished well and was comfortable for the five of us (3 teens and 2 adults). We enjoyed the challenges of walking up the hill when returning from walking in town. I think we all fell in love with Seattle, and plan to return some day. One of our teenagers even began to think about college in this lovely city. There was nothing not to enjoy in this area and this home. Book this home if you are not a really large group and are fine with the one bathroom - which we were.

Great Location in Lower Queen Anne

Perfect size for us. Super easy check-in. Appreciated the cot for our daughter. The condo was conveniently located between our friends and family. Easy walk downhill to the grocery. We would stay here again.

Charming house great locaton

This is an amazing house to stay in while in Seattle! Walking distance to many great restaurants, bars, the space needle, and some museums and gardens. Easy ride to pikes market, too. The house is very clean, well decorated, and the owner Ben is beyond helpful with anything you need during the stay! I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in/around Seattle. For the price, you cannot beat it.

Great location and property

Property was exactly as expected. Very very clean and in a great location. There were many shops within walking distance (although it is a very hilly walk).

Lower Queen Anne is on the South slope of Queen Anne Hill, just North of the Seattle Center. Everything you desire is close by. Walk to nearby popular coffee shops, restaurants, bars and grocery stores. The famous Kerry Park is a 10 minute walk up the hill. Bus service is half block away, taking you to downtown or upper Queen Anne. You will love being close to everything Seattle has to offer.
