About Ben Pearson
My wife Kimberly and I grew up in the Seattle area and enjoy living in the wonderful Queen Anne neighborhood. We live on the property with our daughter Misia and a friendly black cat named Bacchus. 14 Aloha is beautiful, clean and in a scenic neighborhood. Ben the owner was exceptionally helpful, especially when we had to get to the ER for bursitis after climbing around Queen Anne hill so much! Take care of your knees and fully enjoy this beautiful and spacious location.
Wonderful 3 day stay
The place is very cute and a great location to walk to restaurants or uber around town at a very low cost. Extremely clean and comfortable beds.
We had a very nice stay in Lower Queen Anne. Easy check in/out. The place was like home.
We had a very nice stay in Lower Queen Anne. Check in and Check out was no hassle. The no key entry is convenient. The house was clean and well equipped with necessities. We enjoyed a fire one rainy cozy night. There is a market, bakery, coffee shops, in easy walking distance. A little bit more walking will take you to a few beautiful parks. We took Uber to Pikes Place Market one day, and to the Bainbridge Ferry the next for just a few dollars. I rode a bike from Aloha St. to Union Park, Gas Works Park and past the University of Washington. Seattle is a Beautiful place. I can't wait to come back. The house on Aloha was perfect for our needs.
Had a wonderful stay
Loved the place. Great space, well appointed and comfortable with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Location was great as well as it’s close to a wonderful market, restaurants etc. Only negative, and it’s a small one, is no cable tv. We’re not big tv watchers, but it’s nice to have a few more options (weren’t able to stay in to watch the NCAA championship game :( ). Otherwise an absolutely wonderful stay
Best Place Ever
Well equipped kitchen, soft bath towels and sheets, comfortable beds, great location, extremely clean, beautifully appointed & furnished. The Queen Anne property was truly a superior property. Would stay here again and again. The owner is to be applauded for he (and she?) thought of everything and the charm of the Queen Anne is the frosting on the cake. We all loved it.
Really nice place in a great location
Really nice place in a great location
Lower Queen Anne is on the South slope of Queen Anne Hill, just North of the Seattle Center. Everything you desire is close by. Walk to nearby popular coffee shops, restaurants, bars and grocery stores. The famous Kerry Park is a 10 minute walk up the hill. Bus service is half block away, taking you to downtown or upper Queen Anne. You will love being close to everything Seattle has to offer.
