Whether it's for a week-end away or a scheduled business trip you'll enjoy your stay in this cozy side by side duplex/home. Charming renovated 1924 home is fully stocked with modern comforts while maintaining all of its original character.
The home has original newly refinished hardwood floors, 9 foot ceilings, crown molding, log burning fireplace, radiant heat, wooden shutters, large closet and lots of windows.
New updates include brand new appliances and countertops in the kitchen, subway and hexagon tiles in the bathroom.
Professionally decorated to be warm and inviting. Vintage Thomasville furniture, down filled couch from the Seattle Design Center, numerous framed art work all add to the charm of the home.

A charming place in a great location with lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Super clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again during future visits to Seattle.

Great place for our last night of a family visit before a Seatac departure for son and family. Spacious place, comfortable beds, many coffee making options in the morning. Well supplied kitchen but we chose easy walking to good dinner. Check in (and departure) easy.

Great stay overall! Ben was very responsive when contacted. Master bed was comfortable with great pillows. Pretty flowering plants on the walkway leading to the front door. Space was a little tight for a couple with 3 teens. Would have loved an outdoor eating space! A great area from which to explore-close to all of the attractions. We especially loved the Ballard locks, canoeing through the arboretum near UW, Cashew Thai and the hike we took on the Little Si trail. Whidbey Island was great-though quite a trek over there.

Wonderful Home

This Queen Anne location was just perfect. Comfy, spacious, walking distance to Seattle’s top tourist attractions, and a quick drive to the adorable Queen Anne restaurant/shop streets. We loved it and the host was amazing and accommodating. Thank you for all the local recommendations, too!

Cute, clean and great location!

Loved this VRBO. Our family of 5 visited Seattle and this was the perfect spot. Location was in walking distance to all the Queen Ann restaurants, walking distance to the city center, space needle and kerry park. It was clean, comfortable and the host was very responsive. We will definitely book next time!

Aloha Comfort

This property was very clean and stocked with everything you would need and more. It was tastefully decorated, with attention to detail. Ben, the project manager, was easy to contact if we had any questions. With our busy stay in Seattle, it was nice to have a place that felt like home to return to after our outings.

Visit to the Seattle Opera

Very clean property. Well stocked with paper goods, laundry and dish soap, shampoo, etc. A short (but hilly) walk to a very nice grocery market. We made breakfast each morning in the well stocked kitchen. The off street parking is a great feature. We walked to a local Thai restaurant and felt very safe. We were in ties to enjoy a Seattle opera performance. This location was very close to the opera, ballet, armory and space needle. We will try to stay here each time we visit Seattle.

3 day stay

Property is great for 2 couples or a small family.Driveway is a bit steep and tough if you have a long vehicle like a transit van. Parking around the area is tough to find. Walking to dinner or getting groceries is close. Walking distance to the hockey stadium.
