This is a really nice little spot in a really quiet neighborhood. The place was immaculate with really nice amenities - luxury hotel type towels and bathroom accommodations. It's small and intimate.

Renee and Miguel were amazing hosts. They made sure we had everything we needed and offered lots of great recommendations. Super clean and quiet area. The hot tub was a great bonus. If I am ever in the area again, I would absolutely stay here again!!

Overall a good stay! The basement air did appear dry and stuffy but for a basement the temperature was controlled well! The host does a great job of providing for needs such as nightlights to get around at night and a water jug to refill your own water which was super helpful for us!

Our stay was perfect. Accommodations were very clean and comfortable. All the added extras were a pleasant surprise, especially the 5 gallon water dispenser. Renee thought of everything.

Great amenities, we really enjoyed the electric fireplace. It was also nice to be within short walking distance of a grocery/liquor store, and also walking distance of a bunch of restaurants and bars

The space was outstanding for two people who are looking for a small getaway. The host was extremely accommodating and extremely friendly when we met. Close proximity to a grocery store, and even a few restaurants. I would fully recommend this property to anyone.

Great location and communication with Renee is top notch! Also, some real nice thoughtful details included in the rental- robes, make up wipe removers, big water dispenser, and laundry detergent. Nice peaceful outdoor space for coffee/wine. Enjoyed the bonfire. Next time we’ll try the hot tub. Thank you Renee!
