Really bad experience with the apartment and owner
It was very difficult to get in contact with the owner and who was in charge. Finally when I got in contact with them I gave them the information of my arrival the time and date and when I arrived at 12am the only one there was the security guy, but the manager wasn’t there or the owner to open the door for me since the security guy didn’t have access to the apartment. It took us about 30-40 mins to contact them and give us the pin to the door. When we opened the door the apartment was very dusty, everywhere the windows the floor the cabinets everything, also black water came out the faucets and showers. We told the manager what happened and they told us that they weren’t expecting our arrival and that they never let them know we were going, he told us that they were going to clean but they never did.The next day the manager was looking for me at the pool because the owner told him that we didn’t had a reservation and he wanted me to prove him that I payed for my stay there, for about half an hour we were showing him the reservation and stuff. The third day the ceiling of the master bedroom was leaking and they never fixed it . It was a very uncomfortable experience that we had at this place. It wasn’t worth it all the money and I would like a part of my money back for the inconveniences that we were put through.
