Welcome to The Junction House!

This unique place has a style all its own. Completely renovated is a fully updated and furnished 1 bedroom apartment home! Located in the quiet town of Bruceton, Tennessee. It is 10 mins from Huntingdon, TN, 10 mins from Camden, TN, and 20 mins from New Johnsonville. It can sleep 2 comfortably (but also has a sofa bed for 2 additional). WiFi, New GE Washer/Dryer combo. With one queen bed, sofa, updated kitchen, and full bath. It has high-speed wireless internet, two internet-connected smart LED TVs and even Apple Music. A new GE Washer/Dryer combo has also been installed. Other  unique amenities include luxury linens, whole apartment audio with Apple Music and Siri,  ultra-filtered drinking water, and a fully stocked coffee bar. Kitchen is fully equipped and includes all dishwater and cookware. All bedroom linens are included. It is move in ready.
The decor is a combination of modern amenities balanced with country charm adding elements of the area's railroad history of the past. This property is well suited for the traveling healthcare professional, tradesman or contractors working in the area of Carroll and Benton County.

It is less than a 20-minute drive from 1000 Acre Lake and less than a 30-minute drive to Kentucky Lake. Great for outdoor water recreation, fishing, hunting, and more. No Pets allowed.

Open to short-term and monthly agreements and leases. We may be able to accommodate pets.
