Everything you need for the beach is right here!!! 2 adult bikes for your use when you stay at our villa. Your home away from home. Large king first floor bedroom suite newly renovated master bath with walk in shower and dressing area. Master bedroom has access to the deck overlooking views of the lagoon and 2nd hole of the Trent Jones Golf Course. 2 additional upstairs bedroom with shared full sized Jack & Jill bath. One bedroom with queen sized bed and 3rd bedroom with 2 double beds. Fully renovated cook's kitchen with full sized appliances including a washer and dryer. Kitchen is open to dining room and living room with a wall of sliding doors out to the beautiful deck. Full sized deck overlooking lagoon with large gas grill and ample seating. All new linen, mattresses, beach towels. Everything you need for a relaxing "Home Away From Home" Owner discretion dog friendly. DOGS ONLY OWNER DISCRETION/LIMIT 2/ NO CATS.

Beautiful location. Condo was clean and well stocked. Nadine and Michael are great and answered all my questions. I was appreciative of the beach chairs and bicycles onsite, so that we didn't have to bring them with us. My grandchildren had such a good time. The pool was just around the corner.

Great property. Well maintained and well appointed. Nadine was great to work with and easily accesible. View of the lagoon off the large back deck was awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

Hilton Head Island Getaway

Great place to stay in terms of location, price, size and amenities. Nadine is a very nice and communicative host who helped answer all questions and was available when needed as questions arose before and during our stay. Great access to beaches, steps away from a small, quiet community pool, and tons of restaurants and golf courses. The only real issue that we encountered was the temperature upstairs was very hot the first night until we lowered the AC which wasn’t great for infants/young toddlers. Overall, excellent stay and would stay there again.

Hands down, one of the best stays EVER! The villa was beautiful (very clean and neat)! Not only were the hosts readily available for any questions/concerns, they have literally planned for anything you would need (from dog kennels and bikes to beach supplies)! No need to pack anything!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

This was the first time traveling with our dogs for vacation. We had a wonderful time. The dogs enjoyed bird watching off the deck. Property was clean and spacious.

Fantastic!

This was our second stay in one of Michael and Nadine’s villas. The villa is so well-appointed you really don’t need to pack anything but your clothes! We appreciated having all the comforts of home while enjoying HHI! Nadine spent a half hour on the phone with me prior to our trip making sure we had all the information we needed. She then contacted us after check in to confirm everything was satisfactory. We could not have asked for anything more!

Lovely home in great location in Palmetto Dunes

This home was perfect for our group of six. Close to tennis courts, General Store and a short bike ride to the beach. It is one of most nicest equipped kitchens and homes we have ever rented. No detail was missed in stocking it. We certainly plan to return!

Family Trip

We had a wonderful trip, in large part, due to this lovely home we stayed in. The deck, surrounded by beautiful plants and right on the lagoon, is one of the nicest porch areas in the neighborhood. The inside is beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable! I would recommend this property to any and all!

Beach supplies

We enjoyed using the beach chairs and toys that you had. The chairs were a must every time we went to the beach! Also liked having the bikes. It was a nice place to stay at and well supplied.

Vacation with the comforts of home

The kitchen is so well stocked. Comfortable accommodations with a peaceful view of the lagoon. Owners were very attentive; and friendly, helpful neighbor was sent over to help us with a bicycle repair. Only drawback to this lovely villa, is that the area to store the bikes was too cramped with 2 heating/air units along with 3 trashcans, floor mats. Trying to get the bikes in and out was a bit of a hassle and bikes were not in the best repair. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for the comforts of home in a beautiful surrounding.

A perfect place for our family to celebrate an early thanksgiving. Kitchen was well stocked. Appreciated the owners responsiveness and dog friendliness. Great walking distance to pickleball and the beach. We will be back !

Beautiful Queen's Grant property
