If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this is it! Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish place. Located just 6 miles from Hwy 280, 30 miles from Auburn, and 17 miles from Alexander City. Nearby attractions include hiking at Smith Mountain located 1/2 a mile away, and Dare Power Park which is located about a mile away and has a public boat ramp. Smith Mountain offers a 270 degree breathtaking view of Lake Martin. Dare Power Park includes a boat ramp, playground, walking trails, picnic areas, and a walking track. Please note that we have several steps leading down to the lake. Please also note Lake Martin drops the water after Labor Day, and it doesn’t start rising again until around April. This means since we are in a slough, we do not have water during that time.

My husband, Ron, and I fell in love with Lake Martin years ago. We love to visit as often as possible so we decided to share our home so others could visit and enjoy our space, as well. I love hosting because you get to converse with people from all over the world and hear stories of why they are visiting Lake Martin.
