Just minutes from Aspirus Wausau Hospital, Aspirus Clinic, and Marshfield Medical Center, this quiet and comfortable upper-level apartment offers the ideal home base for work, rest, and everything in between.
Whether you’re here for a temporary work contract, relocation, or a long-term stay, Unit 7 provides a peaceful, fully furnished space that feels like home — close to all of Weston’s conveniences.

-One comfortable bedrooms with fresh linens, extra blankets, and full clothing storage
-One full bathroom with vanity, clean towels, hot water, and starter essentials
-Open-concept living area with Smart TV, cozy seating, and space to unwind after a long shift
-Fully equipped kitchen stocked with cookware, utensils, full-size appliances, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave
-High-speed Wi-Fi and dedicated workspace — ideal for remote work or charting between shifts
-Private entrance and two dedicated parking spaces for easy, convenient access
-Coin-operated laundry (credit cards accepted) shared with other tenants in the basement
Designed for comfort and practicality, this apartment includes everything you need for a seamless extended stay — right down to the last coffee spoon.
Additional Fees & Requirements
-Guests must sign our rental agreement and the booking guest must upload a valid ID prior to check-in.
-A $500 security deposit hold is required (credit card).
-Early check-in or late check-out available for $30 each, subject to availability.
-Additional guests: $5 per night per person after 2 guests.
