This 2 bedroom Carriage house has recently been converted to living quarters so you`ll be lodging in updated apartment, but surrounded in decades of history, where titans such as John D Rockefeller, and President Eisenhower have visited over the years. . This Ohio gem was originally owned and built by Cyrus Eaton, a pioneering industrial titan who founded one of the largest steel companies in the U.S. As the protégé of the legendary John D. Rockefeller, Eaton left an indelible mark on American industry.

2. No loud music after 10:00pm
3. Please wash any dishes, coffee pot and filter.
4. NO SMOKING indoors.
5. If you have a pet with you, please clean any hair left behind. If there is excessive hair/fur found, you may be charged a fee.

The Carriage House was very clean, and has everything you need in a small floorplan. And the location was perfect for our plans. We came up to hike the Cuyahoga Valley park, and to go to the Rock & Roll hall of fame.

Very clean and well maintained. Great quiet setting with fun wildlife and domesticated animals on the property. Great for 1 or two guests. There’s an operating farm and event center here, but it didn’t create noise or inconvenience in any way. Dog loved the place and watching peacocks, rabbits, lambs and more.
